For reaching that goal it is essential the conducting of enviroment quality and care managing system, its maintaining and continuous upgrading.
In that purpose a POLICIE OF QUALITY AND ENVIROMENT CARE, which stands on next principles has been set up:
BUYER is the most important factor in setting and achieving the goals and policies of enviroment quality and care, he demands quality which he rates and based on the buyers satisfaction (which is measured and analysed with appropriate measures by us), depends the company profit. Our relationship to our buyers is based on mutual trust, correct reports and efficient solving of possible problems.
SUPPLIERS are very important element in acheiving the demands of product quality and enviroment care, so therefore speciall attention is given to quality and careful choice of suppliers.
Company management along with the chairman of the board on top is responsible for conducting the GOALS AND POLICIES of quality and enviroment care, as well as the managing system of quality and enviroment care, regulated by the manual. In that purpose a Quality and enviroment care management representative is announced to which authorisations for building and continuous improvement of quality and enviroment care managing system are assigned in accordance with the ISO 9001÷2008 and ISO 14001÷2004, that is, adjustment with appropriate law regulation and demands of important aspects of enviroment.
QUALITY AND ENVIROMENT CARE MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVES have a vital role in conducting and monitoring of set quality and enviroment care managing system.
Authorities and responsibilities for evaluating the system and reporting to the management about perceived results on which basis a PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE STEPS are started, has been given to them.
EMPLOYEES of company are the basic resource of quality and enviroment care managing system because of their knowledge and experience, they are directly involved in achievement of set goals. As every employee, in scope of his compentences, is responsible for quality of his work and enviroment care, employee education, conducting ofsafeguard measures and organisation of workspace, as well as the promotion of cognition about the importance of quality and enviroment care, are the permanent tasks of company management.
