PRODUCTION OF SHEAVES FOR SPECIAL SHIPS (SELF PROPELLED CUTTER SUCTION DREDGER)
DD SO are producer of different kinds of sheaves for special ships for shipyard ULJANIK CROATIA. Sheavs material is casting GS30Mn5 which is sensibile for cracking and porosity and during and after machining and induction hardening.
Defects are detects with NDT Magnetic Flux methods (criteria of acceptability and methods of examinations according ASME VIII Division 1, Appendix 6).
Nonacceptability defects are repaired with MMA welded methods.
Sheaves slots are induction hardened after machining, on hardness 320-400 HB Melita Kuzik |
